At the Samye Foundation Wales, we are committed to making mindfulness accessible to everyone, which is why we're proud to offer a variety of free classes. Free class With Lorraine
Wednesdays at 8am
Start your morning off with a 30 minute guided Mindfulness session with Lorraine. The session will follow traditional mindfulness exercises and hopefully help you to start your day off in a focused, clear and calm way.
Free class With Anthony
Wednesdays at 7pm
Join us for a guided meditation session with Anthony who is an experienced mindfulness meditation practitioner. This is a guided meditation and is suitable for beginners and experienced meditation practitioners.
