Directions to the centre by car:

From Swansea, take the M4, then branch left and at the roundabout, take the 1st exit, then merge onto the A470 signposted Merthyr Tydfil. Then take the 3rd exit at the next roundabout signposted Caerphilly onto the A468.  At next roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Nantgarw Road signposted Caerphilly Road. At crossroads, turn right into Crescent Road signposted Castle, then turn left onto Park Lane, then left again onto Cardiff Road.  Parking is available at the Twyn Car park next to Caerphilly Visitor centre.

From London or Bristol, take the M4  signposted South Wales and leave the M4 at Junction 32, then at the roundabout take the 5th exit, then merge onto the A470 signposted Merthyr Tydfil. Branch left, then at roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A468, signposted Caerphilly.  At roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Nantgarw Road, signposted Hospital, Castle. At next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Nantgarw Road, signposted Caerphilly. At crossroads, turn right onto Crescent Road, signposted  Castle. Turn left onto Park Lane, then turn left onto Cardiff Road. Cardiff Road is a one-way system so you have to go right round the Caerphilly Visitor centre in a loop to reach the Twyn Car park.

Directions by train:

Arriva trains runs regular train services from both Cardiff and the Rhymney Valley to Caerphilly. Details of the train timetable can be found at Arriva trains

At Caerphilly station, turn right and walk down A469 (Cardiff Road) for 5 minutes and we’re on your right, near Barclays Bank.
