Aside from our general mindfulness courses, we also offer one-to-one mindfulness sessions in a calm, nurturing environment.
In these one-to-one sessions, you’ll have the benefit of one-to-one training from an experienced mindfulness practitioner. These sessions are ideal for people who lead busy lives and cannot commit to a regular class. We work specifically with the individuals’ needs whether they are experiencing high levels of anxiety or are on long-term sick leave. Our one-to-one mindfulness sessions are bespoke packages to suit the needs of the individual and because of the wonders of Skype, are available to people around the world, not just in the UK. The benefits of using one-to-one mindfulness include:
