Yoga and Mindfulness Workshops
Throughout the year, we run yoga and mindfulness half-day workshops. These yoga and mindfulness half-day workshops are a combination of hatha yoga postures taught by Anna Polya and compassion-based mindfulness sessions led by Lorraine Harris. This workshop is the perfect opportunity to integrate mindfulness of mind and body. This is done in separate sessions of hour-long yoga and hour-long seated mindfulness practice.
