Our volunteers
Put quite simply, without volunteers we wouldn’t exist as an organisation or being able to deliver mindfulness to the people of Wales. We regularly like to show our appreciation for the work our volunteers do at the centre. On the 30th March 2012, we held a ceremony to recognise the hard work and contribution of our volunteers at the KSD Centre in Cardiff.
Karen Wozencroft has been volunteering at our centre for 3 years and practises Mindfulness on a daily basis. She has been an amazing asset to the centre, dealing with all the financial administration for the centre. Karen has been awarded Volunteer Of The Year in 2011 and 2012.
Vanessa Matthews has been a wonderful asset to the centre. She helps with the daily running of the centre and contributes to Thought of the Day. She has just received a Bi-Monthly Volunteer award.
Joanne Rees has dedicated much of her time to the centre and has just received her 100 hour award. She writes up the notes for our mindfulness courses.
We value the support of all our volunteers and would like to express our gratitude to everyone who help us.
