This 8-month mindfulness course is suitable for those who have already completed our 8-week mindfulness course or experienced meditators. Please note that the first session of every month will be a two-hour session (7.15 – 9.15pm) and the following three sessions in the month will be an hour long.

This course deepens your practice of mindfulness and explores the use of compassion in mindfulness towards yourself and others using various techniques such as breath, bodyscan and visualisation exercises.

Start Date: Monday 6th February 7.15pm-9.15pm

Cost: Reduced price of £200 if you pay in advance and in full.  Alternatively, you can pay a £50 non-refundable deposit and 8 monthly payments of £20.  Concessionary rates are available for pensioners and unemployed. Please see our booking form.
