Lucid Dreaming weekend coming up in March 2012

THIS WORKSHOP IS NOW FULL.  UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY FURTHER BOOKINGS.

Charlie Morley (www.charliemorley.com) is a Lucid Dreaming teacher and practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism specialising in the use of both Western Lucid Dreaming and Tibetan Dream Yoga techniques. Through learning how to lucid dream we can learn not only to wake up in our dreams but also how to wake up in our lives as we begin to integrate our dream practice into the path of both spiritual and psychological awakening.   On this retreat we will learn how to lucid dream and practice lucid dreaming and it is suitable for everyone from beginners to those with experience.

ABOUT LUCID DREAMING:

Lucid dreaming is the ability to become conscious within your dreams. Once lucid you can begin to communicate directly with your own innate wisdom and untapped potential which reside in the dreaming mind. Through lucid dreaming you can learn how to move through habits and limitations while learning how to re-connect with the powerful life-force which we all have within ourselves.

Lucid dreaming naturally leads to lucid living as we begin to wake up to life, take our minds off autopilot and embrace the journey with joy. Lucid dreamers become more positive, pro-active and joyfully empowered in all their waking interactions as they begin to take back the reins of their lives and lucidly dream their destiny into existence.

Lucid dreaming is a skill which can be learnt by all ages and abilities and has a wealth of benefits including self empowerment, psychological growth, healing of sleep disorders, integration of nightmares and lucid living.

” I have done joint workshops with Charlie in London and consider him to be the most experienced and authentic practitioner of dream yoga teaching in Europe.
